When I first spoke to an agent in the Concord office. I was given a decent price for the coverage I needed. My old insurance company raised their rates and I was looking to keep the price down. I was given a competitive price, so I went ahead with this company. They required a check to do auto withdraw...no exceptions. Then they sent someone out two times to our house unannounced, wondering around our property. That's when the price went up a lot. When I asked them to explain, they said they would get back to me - twice0 yet they never did. Seemed like we were given a lower price, just so that they could get us to switch, then they raised the price. Unacceptable.
