I will Never use them again. My family and I have used there services for years. I talked to them Saturday to go over the scope of work and a idea of price. He said ok bring Monday morning and we will get started. I brought my truck Monday at 8:30 and called at 3:00 to check on the progress of work.the gentleman told me to call back in a hour they have been slammed. My work was done for the day and it was going to take a hour to get there to the shop. So I stopped by my truck was parked in the same spot from 8:30 and there 2 garage bays where full of cars. This showed me that they wasn't going to get to my truck today. I expressed how important it was Saturday to get my truck back for it is my work truck. I wish them the best but they have lost a long time customer. Jason

Dave and Tony are the most honest and reliable mechanics I know. They may not be zippy fast, but they sure do good work. And I can always count on what they tell me. Great place. Especially if you are a woman and don't want to get taken for a ride!

Excellent Concord, NC Auto Repair Service. Yes, they do auto inspections and you can buy gas (BP) here, but I've used them mostly for repair and maint. work on my cars. Dave & Tony and their technicians have worked on my Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volvo, Mitzubishi and Nissan cars. I've been very pleased with both the quality of the work and the rates/charges. No fancy "waiting rooms" like dealerships or big expensive repair chains but their low overhead is reflected in their hourly repair rate. The place is easy to find - they're next door to the S&D Coffee HQ/plant and across from the water tower. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short walk so you don't have to just sit and wait while they're working on your car. You know it's hard to find an "honest" mechanic! I was referred here by a close friend (former mechanic himself) from our church. I know several other people from our church who have been coming here for years for service work and they give these guys the thumbs up too!
