AVOID!Owner has HOSTILE customer service attitude& embroiderer doesn’t respond!-Don't use them for any type of custom embroidery work if you wish to work w/the embroiderer directly.Their embroiderer is an outside contractor, usually working one nite/wk.She’s unresponsive to calls/any order changes & appears to rely solely on a handwritten order form. After the down pmt, they charge you her hourly rate or whatever she decides afterwards. Left open-ended, you don’t know what her addl fees will be. If you complete the order form, put a cap on what you are willing to spend to avoid surprises. There’s no dedicated employee to take care of custom work or that can use a computer evidently, except her. (My small custom order was embroidery on 1 t-shirt. After my experience, I cannot imagine what would happen on a large scale order!)-Do NOT complete the order form/give a down pmt unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure you will have no changes.-Do NOT pay in cash;W/a credit card, you can dispute the charge.-Be prepared if you try to cancel your order. The owner will claim your down pmt was already used up by his employee to prevent you from refund.Any down pmt given to Plus Services is, in effect, unrefundable, forcing you to either continue w/ur order, pay more as they “digitize” & hope ur order is done right OR cancel & lose that money:02show4it.-The owner and embroiderer are NOT customer-centric.Owner:Don’t bully the customer for cancelling their order when they tried to give work to YOUR local small biz & your employee never responded to the customer! How hard is it for one employee to return a call re: an order or an email? Since nothing was to be done on my order until I gave the embroiderer my changes, why would she even be spending any time or effort before that? She wouldn’t IF she was given the messages.Ur embroiderer didn’t call me/follow-up after my repeated attempts to reach out. That is NOT my fault & taking my $20 down pmt to reward her poor customer service is wrong!
