ATTENTION: Mr. Ron Pittman, General ManagerINCIDENT: During the week of July 12th 2015While standing in line to order my food , a person from behind me waves there hand in front of my face. He was within my comfort zone .( that would be called improper etiquette). This is the same burly guy with the white beard who is a long time patron HIs behavior was documented October of 2014. Anyway, he proceeds to verbally abuse and humiliate my appearance in a sarcastic manner, as though he were just having a normal conversation, in my opinion. This is a frequent thing that I have encountered on numerous occasions . I should not have to experience harassment when going to Panera, of all places. His behavior and good old boy behavior ruins the Panera experience for me. Otherwise, food , service , atmosphere, and cleanliness are superb. (Concord Mills Panera site)

I think the food and service at Panera has a five star rating. I do not wish to give the name of a frequent patron, ( burly guy with a white bead}. I find him to be verbally abusive instead of friendly. He has been a patron for many years and the staff will know who I'm referring to. Could you have him not lounging around the cash register. I don't think he is your official greeter, so enough is enough. I do not wish to go elsewhere , because I enjoy Panera and it's atmosphere. This is a friendly suggestion that would make my visits more enjoyable.
