I would give no star to this Nail Spa. I went for a regular pedicure and the lady was done with it in 10 minutes. She constantly pushed me to go for manicure too as if she was wanting me to spend more money than providing me the service I wanted. I got my kids pedicure there and she charged $20 for doing nothing. She also asked my kid to get manicure done for $5. Basically she was wanting to make money and not focused on providing service. The staff was very rude. I offered $2 tip to them since was so upset with the overall service provided to me and the lady started talking loud about the tip I offered saying that she don't care about such small amounts. She rather not receiver tips. Well I am of the opinion that If u really want good tips you should provide good service too. How can you charge randomly, provide 10 mins of pedicure session and expect tip from the customer. Customer only tips you good if they are happy and satisfied with the service. I had complete bitter experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars that's what I would do, they are extremely rude! I went in Sat morning with my 7 year old to find out how much a pedi was her her, I was told $20 with 2 designs or $18 with no design. We shopped a while then went back. She got a pedi with 2 anchors (which looked HORRIBLE!) I got a regular pedi. It took them a whole 10 minutes to do the pedicure. Then charged us both $25 each! They lie, rude and caused my 7 year old to bleed by cutting her nails so short! We will NOT go back there and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

I was in there shop today to receive a pedicure. My feet were placed in cold water, I was hit in the face with a piece of flying acrylic and then out of nowhere the tech doing my nails STOP! I am still unsure as to why however, she jumps up takes her gloves off and says she's not doing my feet! I was on a phone call when she was doing my feet. The manager tells me they will get me someone else, not acknowledge the rude way their customer was treated and says nothing to her. This place is horrible and their customer service is even worse!

Please let it be known that Diva Nails in Concord Mills is NOT associated with the other nail salon in the mall. Contrary to what the employees are telling you. They are temporarily located down the hall in between Charlotte Russe and Wilsons Leather. They can not be seen when walking inside of the mall, they are down the hallway that reads "Police". Please call them if you have questions they are more then willing to give you directions. Once again this is a temporary situation because of renovations!
