This pharmacy is great. The staff especially the pharmacists are so very personable and give your their individual attention when ever it is needed. They carry a great line of medical supplies and if they don"t have it in stock they will special order it for you the next day. I am very impressed with the porfessional service i receive all the time. I am so glad I don"t have to wait long for my presciptions like i did in CVS. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pharmacy you can depend on.

I filled a prescription at West Concord Pharmacy. There were two prescriptions to fill, but it was too soon for the second one to be filled. Instead of coming to the counter and speaking to me privately, the pharmacist called out loud from behind two counters the name of the prescription that couldn't be filled. I was shocked. I would have preferred to keep the name of this medication confidential. Everyone in the store heard the name of my medication. This was outrageous and completely unprofessional. I am very reluctant to fill another prescription at this pharmacy.

this pharmacy wins hands over with my family. the pharmacy carries many items that no other pharmacies carry, and if they don"t have in stock they will get it for you as a special order. the pharmacists are very helpful and educated,and will take the time to explain your prescription in terms you can understand. our family will no longer go to any chain pharmacy.also their prices seem very reasonable and they carry alot of medical supplies you can"t find anywhere. thank you all for your help.

this is the best pharmacy.my family will never go to a chain again. the service was incredible and can answer any questions, i would tell anyone to go to this pharmacy over any other.

Even though it's not a major chain, (a plus in my book) this pharmacy is well stocked with over-the-counter products. The pharmacists are always friendly and there is rarely a wait.

It's so great to have local, family-owned businesses still operating, where they really care about you.
