I'm an almost 60 year old woman, with a variety of health issues. I have a general fear of doctors and have tried to avoid them. I currently have a situation that requires neurological specialty. Dr. Reczek came very highly recommended from a trusted family friend. Every phone call I made to her office was met with a kind and empathetic response. I was scheduled quickly and with great efficiency. I've been living with a great deal of pain and stress and was extremely shaky as usual, as I entered the building. As of the moment I walked into Dr. Reczek's office, I was treated with the utmost of care and consideration. The office environment is tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, highly relaxing, and gave me an immediate sense of relief. I've never felt this level of sincere concern and compassion at a doctor's appointment in my entire life. Dr. Reczek not only displays a considerable level of knowledge, but also has a artistic and resourceful style of piecing all aspects of information together in almost detective-style fashion. She is super nice and incredibly easy to talk with. I felt like she understood me, as she was very patient, supportive, and empathetic. She gave me tons of time and explained her well educated opinions of my MRI as we looked at each frame. Every question was answered, and every fear was addressed. What a relief to leave a doctor's office feeling as though you've been given not only an education, but also the time, patience, and opportunity to feel as though you're standing on more solid ground. I am in absolute awe. The treatment I received before, during, and leaving Dr. Reczek's office was vastly superior in every way to appointments I've had elsewhere. I have a hard time with names and wish I could recall the name of the lovely lady who so gracefully handles Dr. Reczek's office. She is not only caring, but downright friendly. I felt like I was chatting with a neighbor who I'd known for years. I'll admit I'm eccentric, but I know when I'm getting treated with true concern and respect, and I also know when I'm not. This experience is not typical. I cannot stress how highly I recommend Dr. Reczek. I am 100% confident that regardless of who you are and what your neurological problems may be, she will more than meet your expectations. I would call her a humanist, and I rarely use that word. If you're used to a typical standard of treatment, prepare yourself for an extraordinary experience. Best wishes to whoever may read this. Please be careful who you trust with your physical and emotional healthcare.
