Using only UL certified parts, we repair most styles of table and floor lamps as well as sconces and chandeliers, and are qualified to do European conversions. I was having trouble ordering online, so I called the store and ordered a lamp (which is also a quality product) and spoke to a very nice woman named Ann, who you can tell really appreciates customer service. I received the lamp promptly, followed by a handwritten note thanking me for ordering, despite having trouble with the website. Quality people, quality product, great service.
