We got approved for a mortgage from them through our broker, went to the end of 30 days escrow, suddenly the day after wiring our money to the escrow company, Sierra Pacific came up with an "appraisal review" report that dropped the property value 10%...now they won't lend us the original amount and the seller cancelled the sale. WE GOT SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
