When my 56" Panasonic projection TV blacked out suddenly after 7 years of flawless operation, I faced a choice. Get it repaired for $300-400 or buy a replacement, new technology TV for $1000+. I decided to at least get an estimate for the repair. I like my TV and if it could be repaired for less than $500, I'd go that route. An internet search yielded Professional Video Engrg. as a Panasonic certified service center. I made an appointment for Ron to come out. He was on time -- they even called to confirm the day of -- and about 2 hours later my TV was back in operation. The total bill was $366. Ron was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend PVE and will definitely call them for my future service needs. By the time my projection TV goes out again, I'm sure the technology will be even greater and the prices even lower.
