Nice, new store but the customer service is awful. Go in at night and there is no one around to help you and once you do find someone who works there they can't answer most questions anyway. It's like there isn't enough employees working at night to cover the departments. Out of 5 visits to the store, I walked out twice and made purchases elsewhere and the third time I made the mistake of making a large purchase and returning it and it has taken three trips to get the charge off my credit card. If you have to shop at Lowes go to the Pittsburg, CA store, they are friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.
