English Hills gave us wonderful food and service at my daughter's wedding reception at the Terrace Ballroom. We had sampled the food of a few other cheaper caterers before choosing English Hills and were not very impressed, so we chose English Hills. They were very willing to work with us, answer our questions, and accomodate our needs during the planning. We received many compliments on the food (Italian Buffet). It was hot, nicely presented, and they gave ample time for seconds. They cut and served the cake at no additional charge. The wedding night, they moved everyone through the buffet very efficiently and even asked me if the room temperature was okay. The room was also very beautiful with the large chandelier and lights.

While we butted heads a few times with the coordinater, we were more than thrilled with banquet staff. When we first entered the room (British Open) where our reception was to be held we were startled at the color of napkins the coordinater had insisted on (against our better judgement). The set up staff graciously changed the napkins from pale pink & black to pale pink & white for us. The wait staff was wonderful and the kitchen head was very attentive. Everyone liked the bartender as well. She was on her toes all night! Thanks for a great experience!
