Star View Community Services provides home-, school- and community-based services to more than 1,000 youngsters and their families in Los Angeles County in California. It is a part of Stars Behavioral Health Group and is based in Compton, Calif. Star View Community Services offers a wide variety of programs and services, including school consultations and interventions, and co-occurring disorder dual diagnosis programs for drug and alcohol-related problems. Its programs and services also include central juvenile hall program, crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation, medication support, skills development programs, and individual and family therapy. The organization provides various other services, such as family preservation, case management, therapeutic behavioral services and care permanency planning.
