I was disappointed with our experience with this staffing service. The caregiver we encountered was rude to our father and yelled rather than speaking with compassion. Her attire was unprofessional as well. When we spoke to the supervisor about our concerns it was not well received. I would not leave my elder parent with this kind of service.
