I made arrangements to pay off my up to date loan. I have terminal cancer. Because the people who were going to pay it off was a local agency they would not talk to them without permission. I provided CC with their phone number, the person's name, and my permission. They refused it saying the person HAD to call them back, making CC look foolish. Why would you refuse a payoff amount on an up to date loan and allow it slip by making it delinquent? CC has phoned me when I was in chemo, radiation, and even to the point when I am sick in bed from the vomiting and nausea. Get a grip CC! What will u do when I die? You passed up the chance to get all your money and blew it. At the moment, my money is being spent on my medicines. My life belongs to my family...not you. I ask that u leave me alone or have it arbitrated.

I use the one here in Phenix City Alabama. These people call and call and don't note anything into the computer like they say they do when they are on the phone with you. They are rude when your on the phone with them they cut you off while your talking. And all they can say is this is just a courtesy call if I told you I don't get paid until this day then you should be able to extend the payment. I can't wait until I'm done paying this loan and now they're saying my loan is higher and not what I've been paying.

I came home yesterday with a nasty letter on my front door from the branch manager named Caleb. From Moore OKLAHOMA office . I only owed $98.00 and he threatened in the letter garnishment and court cost . I called him and informed him he knew I didn't get paid til the last day of the month and I had mailed the final payment . He then replied well you need to come into the office and pay now because we haven't got your payment. FIRST OF ALL THERE 45 minute drive for me and I don't drive in the city the letter reads sorry I missed you???? I visit d the residence today to re-establish the communication ??? He knew I was at work He knew I wasn't home . This letter was already typed up before he came out here. Nice plan. For sorry people that can't face me!. It was written in red on the letter 24 hour notice! Not professional at all. And now I am getting me a lawyer for this person stealing my new dog carrier I paid over $75.00 for! Yes HE STOLE STUFF OFF MY PROPERTY I am seeing your company for him stealing stuff off my property unl SS you get back with me and resolve this !!! N

Covington Credit in Chattanooga tn..has the worst rude disrespectful reps in their office. They treat people like their nothing ...all of my years working in customer service you can never treat people so badly. I don't know how they still have a job...

Women beware! Manager has "creep" written all over him. Been customer for 9 years now, never any problems, never! Starting getting right under 30 days behind, never over and they started this mafia like "need to do a sitdown" thing, which is insane because I never signed anything stating I had to come into the office and see this creep each month who looks me up and down every time I come in. I left one "full" payment under the door and called for a receipt to be mailed and they refused. Two weeks ago I went in to make a payment and this jerk wouldn't allow the girl up front to take it and demanded again I "sit down" with him to discuss my account. I wasn't even due for another 4 or 5 days. That particular day I hit record on my phone as I walked in and recorded my whole conversation while trying to leave this payment. Now they are suing me demanding payment in full. Sending recording to owners tommorow and also saving it for the judge in my lawsuit! Cannot wait!

I am trying to find the CEO or which ever title is used in your corporate office. I would like to voice a complaint with an office in Americus, GA. Please help.

I am not sure if all of Covington Credit offices are the same, however the office in Commerce, Ga. is the one that I got a personal loan through and the staff is very unprofessional. They are very rude on the phone and treat their clients with great disrespect. I did not have too many complaints with the organization until I was ready to make my final payment. I was then treated terribly and they demanded that I come into the office rather than sending the final payment by mail. I had previously sent my monthly payments by mail so I could not understand why there was a problem now. I understand that their goal is to keep people in debt, however my goal is to pay my debt in full. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone who needs a personal loan. It was a huge mistake to think that this company was in business to actually help people when they needed extra cash because once you have the loan, they treat you with great disrespect. Worst staff and management I have ever seen..

I think the old lady that runs that office, is very rude and unprofessional, she not only treats her customers but her employees with great disrespect and I had a loan there and seen it with my own two eyes. Poor staff!!!! If you use them DO NOT deal with her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
