In April of 2013 I went into Reunion Dental Care for a routine cleaning. After the cleaning the hygienist called in the dentist, and that is where the nightmare began. Long story short, the dentist broke my front tooth and after several attempts to fix the tooth, sent me out of the office with a gray nub that was considerably shorter than my remaining front tooth and perfectly square in shape. I left the office in tears. Prior to my appointment I received three calls from Reunion Dental Care confirming my appointment. After this debacle not one person from that office called to apologize or to otherwise check on my wellbeing since the routine cleaning turned into a 3 hour procedure involving filing down and bonding my front tooth three times. If you are considering visiting Reunion Dental Works, I would highly suggest you explore other options (such as Dr. Archibald in the same vicinity). My routine cleaning has so far cost me hundreds of dollars and the confidence I had in my smile.

Most recent visit was for a perio cleaning. I have had this type of deep cleaning before, but this time I felt it was not a deep cleaning and just a quick once over. I don't like being charged for services that I do not receive. I will give them one more chance, then I will go back to my previous hygentist.

The staff is friendly. They are on time. I have had 1 bad temp hygienist who cleaned my teach and lectured me about flossing which I do on a regular basis. My daughter has gone since she was 1 and loves it here! I think they do a good job I mean most people don't like going to the dentist so it's not a day at the beach but i rate them high for the service they provide.

Very kind and caring Dental Office. Beware if you don't use fluoride. The dentist tried to bully me into using it but when I stood my ground refused to warranty "any" work that was done prior to this!
