Shopping at Grand Slam Tennis was a great experience. Their staff is extremely helpful with any question you may have. The shop itself has all the major brands; racquets, sneakers, clothing, bags, and accessories. I used their demo program to find the right frame for me, and I am hands down 100% satisfied. The store is a one of a kind "mom n pop shop" with a father (Jim the owner) and son (Chase the Manager) running it. I recommended anyone who needs tennis gear to shop at Grand Slam. They have the top tennis machines, and produce a quick turn around on re-stringing's. If you want a great experience don't hesitate to shop at Grand Slam Tennis.

Grand Slam Tennis is by far the absolute only place to go on Long Island for anything regarding tennis. Every one of the staff is welcoming, helpful, patient and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy (while also helping your game whenever possible). Prices are very very fair and the selection is huge and cutting edge. Jim, Chase, Adam, Matt, and Jackson all know their strings, racquets, apparel and anything else they sell. They are your old time local shop that treats their customers with care and they all have terrific memories of what works and and does not for you. great computer system too keeps track of your string history. If you are looking to buy a racquet, strings, clothes, or advice- check them out. Once you do you will see why they have been around as long as they have and why so many good players and families trust them. You rock Grand Slam!!!! from, "Sophie's Dad"

Highly Recommended!!! I cannot say enough about this store & Jim the owner! I've bought tennis racquets & gear from them for 15 years. Forget "The Authority"! These are professionals who will ask you the RIGHT questions to find the RIGHT gear to fit your ability, body size, even playing style (if you have one). They're experts with beginners!! Most of the time they even match the "chain store's" price, but a few dollars more is worth it, to buy a racquet that is the RIGHT racquet for you. They'll let you test & demo, & ask questions about HOW a demo racquet felt, WHY you hated a particular one, & BINGO!, you'll buy the ONE racquet that's perfect! I got fantastic prices on all my racquets & a great tennis ball machine, recommended by them. It was the best money I've ever spent. Their string selection is awesome, and they are FAR more accurate in proper string tension than "The Authorities" who DON'T KNOW HOW TO STRING. They will meet your every need. THEY'RE WORTH THE TRIP!! -Tom Perri
