Janssen Elementary School is located in Combined Locks, Wis., and serves more than 400 students in kindergarten to fifth grade. The school has a wide academic curriculum that includes English, science, social studies, mathematics and language arts. It additionally offers classes in reading, writing, vocabulary and speaking skills. The school s parent-teacher association is active in fundraising activities and organizes many programs for parents, teachers and students. Its library and media center includes a wide collection of books, reference materials, periodicals and study prints. The school also provides a reading support program and special education services.
