Unprofessional leasing complex. My partner and myself were referred by tenants to the apartment. When speaking to the leasing agent, we were told once proper information went through the apartment would be ours. We were instructed to print and return FIVE separate times different documentation to complete the application. Tax returns, Pay-stubs, employment recommendations were not enough to secure the apartment with an Excellent credit score, good rental history, and ZERO criminal background. Even before applying we were questioned whether we were straight or not (we are). Disrespectful and illogical.
