I feel that overall the management of VGS is very good. Also those who work in the office. Some of the supervisors on-site could probably be easily replaced because they have a tendency of always wanting to write people up. The power has gone to their heads. Unfortunately, many are not as qualified as they should be and do not know how to handle situations, or do so poorly. They like to order people around, but they don't like to do any work. In some ways there may definitely be some reverse discrimination. I do not believe that this comes from management though, just from the fact they have always done it, so they continue to do it. I would, if an employee, be certain that if a supervisor did say something to you, or write something down, to contact that person who is directly associated with you(caseworker, or otherwise) and get the problem resolved.
