I had my first treatment at the clinic today and it was great. You can really tell that the people there love what they do and care a lot about their clients. I can’t wait for my next treatment and to spend more time with the team. I definitely recommend them!

Shauna’s explanations of diet, nutrition, exercise and red light therapy were super helpful to me as I develop new eating habits and behaviors to meet my weight loss goals. She is a great communicator with years of expertise in helping people like me.

I love how I’m getting and looking. I can see a difference on my waist and how my close fits. My legs are looking more slimmer and I notice how my cellulite is less noticeable. And I’ve only did the red light panels once so far. And A few times in the cocoon and contouring my lower abdominal. I still want to see more weight change and more toning. So I’m trying to do my part by drinking more water and changing my diet. But so far loving the results.

Working with Natalie has been great for me. Natalie gives you a personalized plan to achieve your goals. She is very supportive and responsive when you have questions. Also, I really like the red light cocoon. It is very relaxing for my muscles. I am looking forward to continue working with Natalie and her team to achieve my goals.
