All of my dealings with toyota west have been great, from my sales person (Jimmy Holland) to the Best Service Department and most efficiently run department I have had To deal with in Columbus. What ever you are doing keep up the Excellent work.

They sold us a bum pre-owned vehicle with a major engine problem and they are not willing to fully fix this free of charge. It is pretty clear to me that they had to know of the vehicle defects when they sold us the car, despite their web sites claim of Each used car at Toyota West has been through a detailed inspection by our auto technicians to ensure the superiority of our pre-owned vehicles. Turns out how they determine superiority is just by checking basic things like brakes, tires, seat belts, etc. Theyll keep hidden from you a major engine problem. Instead of just owning up and fixing this, like they should have done before even trying to sell the car, now they are willing to drag this out using up my time and energy. I will prevail. Oh, and we still haven't gotten our second set of keys that we were told we would get by our sales rep.
