This is the worst Tim Hortons. The customer service is horrible. They do no listen to their customers. I get what I asked for about 1 in every 6 visits, and I am being generous with that estimation. They prepare your order not the way you asked for it, but they way it is easiest for them. The staff is friendly, but truly disinterested in providing quality service. I was in this morning and my bagel was prepared the exact opposite way that I asked it to be- drowning in butter and barely warmed. I am done with this location!
