If you leave your jewelery overnight for any reason, you will find your gemstones "exchanged" for similar lesser quality stones. DO NOT fall for the mimosa - it's the least they can do to make you feel good for being ripped off. There is a reason why the work is done in the basement and not where customers can observe.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steward and Tyler on a very special piece of jewelry to wear at our son's wedding. I brought them a gem stone that belonged to my husband's late mother. I showed Stu other custom jewelry that I had previously made so he would have an idea of my style. We worked together and I could not be more pleased with the result. The workmanship was superb and the final piece was completed before the date promised. They were also able to assist me in choosing an omega to wear with my pendant. They gave me fair market value for my old gold which I put towards my new piece. I would recommend the Diamond exchange to anyone considering a unique and personalized experience. A glass of wine and fresh flowers made the shopping ambiance even more special.

Of all of the jewelry stores in and around Columbus, the Columbus Diamond Exchange is the very last that I'd walk into. Apart from a very undistinguished selection, the overall quality of the work and service seems to be very much at odds with their prices, which range from overpriced to outrageous in comparison with other local jewelers. Being neither the price nor the quality option, save your money and find something nice for your special lady elsewhere.
