I visit this Starbucks every morning & order the same 2 latts. The staff is wonderful, warm and friendly! They always make me feel so welcomed--even in the drive-thru! Most of them know my drink order and know me by name (a couple of the girls even have a cute nickname for me). They are a part of my morning routine. I look forward to the "experience" almost as much as I look forward to getting my morning espresso ;) Starbucks drinker for life!!!!!

Was there today 6/3/2012 around 5pm with my 10 yr old son, and this person who waited on me was friendly and helpful. Great service all around. Thank you

The drinks and food are great but I feel that customer care can be so much better. They need to make their customer experince really count to have people refer to this specific Starbucks
