DO NOT use this cleaners. They lost a pair of very expensive dress pants, after I was VERY nice and I gave them 4 weeks to try and locate them, the owner then told me they would only pay for the cleaning fee X10. So for the $200+ pants of ours that THEY lost, they reimbursed us $55 for.... Also, the owner told me after 2 weeks, that if I gave her another 2, she would reimburse me the full amount I paid for them. I also had a picture of the exact pants online. When I called after 2 more weeks, she flat out LIED and said that she never said that. So read the condition on the back of the slip they give you and DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Accidents happened, I understand that, but they will not compensate you properly for THEIR mistake. There are plenty of other cleaners in the area. TRUST ME AND DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Spring Cleaner's is family owned and does an excellent job at a fraction of the price of Swan or other cleaners in the Columbus area. Be sure to give tghem a try.
