First time getting a spray tan at this location and the employee knew absolutely NOTHING about the machine or how to stand while getting the spray tan. I had to pull up a video on YouTube and teach myself. I asked if they had barrier cream lotion in the booth area for your hands and feet, she said no. I then bought a $16 bottle of regular lotion because I couldn't go without any cream on my hands or feet because you will look awful in those areas. We got to the booth and she had forgotten my nose plugs and there are no goggles available only little disposable stickers that she also forgot to give me. There was also barrier cream inside the booth after all! I asked the employee if I could return this lotion that I only bought because she told me there was none available, after calling the manager I was told I'm just out the $16 because their system won't let them return lotions. Even though I never even opened or used it yet and only bought it because their employee had absolutely NO IDEA what she was doing or how to do her job obviously. I will never go back I don't care how cheap they are. And they aren't very clean either, the rug outside the booth looked like it had never been cleaned so thank god for the sticky feet covers!!! This place sucks.
First time in this facility and it was very clean also employee was very helpful!
Employee's son is allowed to beg money from patrons. Establishment allows people off the street to come in and beg money from patrons. Employees spend more time smoking right at the front doors, allowing smoke to billow into the cleaners. Place is dirty and expensive.
SC Wash & Tan has greatly improved, sine last went there 6 years ago.
