Terrible communication with their office personal very unhelpful for resolving billing issues, repair issues, and emergencies. Their integrity motto is a joke, rent with someone else. Will not be re-newing lease with them. Their behavior has lost them another model tenant, keep it up.

Would rate zero stars. Had a terrible experience from day 1 and none of the issues were resolved throughout the lease term. The apartment was basically unlivable and the management was extremely unhelpful. Please rent elsewhere or you'll regret it!

We rented a house from peak property group this year. It has been the worst experience ever. 1) the house is terrible, and they have lied to us regarding certain appliances and other things. 2) We have had many issues with power, water, electricity, and just appliances in general, every time we put a maintenance request in, it is like they ignore it for weeks until I call angrily and yell. In short, never do anything with this business, if you do it will be the worst experience ever. I would've rated them a 0 if i could've.
