YOU will only find 90 minute sessions AT muscle therapy PRO. There is good solid reasoning behind this. The body is a whole and if only ONE area is worked on and fixed it will NOT last because other NON healthy muscles will cause this work to become void. The body needs a complete release from head to TOE in order to have optimal results. When this is done on a regular BI weekly or monthly basis your chance for muscle pulls. Tears. Strains. Pain. And or injury is greatly reduced. Headaches and stress will generally become a thing of the past. If YOU are a high school. Collegiate. Or professional athlete this is a must in order to help keep your body injury free and preform AT an elite level.
