McTech Corp's scope of work was increased when a modification to the contract was issued to supplement the architectural and engineering team's efforts to adhere to a previously established completion date.

- DrivewaysThe Convention Center Hotel, Hilton Cleveland Downtown will connect the new Cleveland Convention Center, the Global Center for Health Innovation, and the downtown mall. The hotel was designed by Atlanta architecture firm, Cooper Cary and was constructed by Turner Construction Company, Ozanne Construction Company, and Van Aukins Akins Architects. McTech Corp's scope on this project included concrete site work. In this role, McTech Corp was responsible for the concrete work as it relates to the hotel's stairs, planters, benches, and landscape items including walls, curbs, aprons, and driveways.

- MasonryDesign-Build services for a new Air Support Operations Squadron Complex consisting of an administrative, command/operations, and training building and two HMMWV storage facilities for storing 32 vehicles and associated equipment. The project included a singlestory, steel-framed structure with exterior concrete masonry unit and a standing seam metal roof, complete with all necessary building systems, mass notification, security, data, and voice communications systems to provide a complete command, administrative, and training facility for the squadron. The site included all supporting infrastructure and parking for 98 POV's across the loop drive.
