  Kids are expensive. What a parent pays in support is based on a formula, but the factors used to calculate it aren’t always as clear as we’d like. We’ll make sure you’re not paying too much, or receiving too little.

  Sometimes litigation can’t be avoided. When the need arises, I manage high conflict situations to resolve issues like complex property and retirement divisions, parenting plans, child support, spousal support, and child custody issues. I also routinely work with financial and mental health professionals who provide expert evidence and assist clients with various financial and parenting related issues.

• Premarital Agreement
  No one wants to plan for a divorce when they’re planning a wedding. We get it. But you may want a prenup if you’ve been married before or have children, if there is a wide disparity in wealth, or if you own a business.
• Spousal Support
  Unlike child support, there’s no specific formula that we can apply to calculate spousal support. The amount and duration can be difficult to estimate without experience. We’ll help protect your interests.
