My complaint is about the people who go through the 15 items or less lanes with a FULL cart. . Why can't the cashier ask them to please use another lane? I was in that lane today with about 8 items and the gentleman in front of me had even less. But the girl in front of him had her cart heaping full, and to make it even worse, she was using WIC. That takes alot of time, and the whole reason for the express lane is to get through fast. All of the cashiers are great , it's the customers that are RUDE and inconsiderate. There should be a solution for this problem, it happens often and the people that do it don't really care anyway. Maybe it's because it's on Parsons Ave.
