We just had our bathtub redone by Improveit. They were out and finished in a day in a half. It looks AMAZING!!! I knew it would be a good job but this is even better than I had envisioned. It doesn't even look like the same bathtub. We had a party the weekend after it was done and I loved showing it off:) I would recommend their work to anyone and everyone I know! The salesman was very nice and informative and the installer was wonderful!
I had windows installed by ImproveIt in Dec. 2009. The Windows are WONDERFUL and everyone I have dealt with have been very professional and courteous. I did have an issue where the financer of the windows for ImproveIt changed the rate of my purchase increasing the amount owed each month, stating this was something known by ImproveIt. I was highly upset at this, and left a complaint on the company's website. Not 4 hrs later I recieved a call from the Owner Seth Cammeyer wanting to clear up my issue. I told him what the financing company told me, and he contacted them for clarification in the matter, resulting in them realizing THEY made the mistake, thus resulting in my correct percentage rate being used for my monthly payment amounts. I was VERY surpised the Owner of the company, not customer service, or some manager was willing to go through this leg work to win me back over to this company. When the complaint was made, I wouldnt have recommended ImproveIt, now I highly recommend.
