We had a very frustrating experience with Hughes, as we were "forced" to go there after buying a used van from Miracle Motor Mart on Morse road for some "minor" repairs upon purchasing. The biggest problems were never really fixed - even after 3 visits. We were never given any type of documentation to show what was done. Yes, we didn't pay for it, as it was part of the deal with MMM, but I still am very disappointed in how our van runs, how certain problems were never well addressed, and how I still feel taken advantage of by both businesses. It even got to the point where one of the Hughes employees told my husband that the van was beginning to be a "pain in their a--." Now that's quality customer service.
