My family and I have lived in this complex for a year now and love it. Work orders are filled soon after I email, call or go into the office. There is security guard that is easy to access if you need him and he on the grounds at night. Summer can be a bit loud but never past 10pm. The apartment manager is there when you need him for anything and is always willing to help. Grounds are kept up very well, snow removed on the side walks at the latest the next afternoon. Pet owners clean up after them selves. Parking is good but if you do have a problem you can call the office or tow whoever is in your spot. It is ask that you leave a note the first time. There is one drawer in the kitchen that is hard to get access to that is because it is next to the stove. Closet and cabinet space is good. Grill outside is wonderful summer, fall and spring.
