I made an appointment for a doctor referral only, no other medical issues were discussed. I provided the referral info. My HRA insurance acct. was charged for a "long" appointment($213.64). I then contacted the nurse and staff on 5 occasions, I was told that the charge was wrong and it would be fixed. 90 days later, no change. I checked my insurance records and found that they did the same thing on a previous appt. that was for a refill only. Please check your insurance records. Call your insurance fraud dept. and file a complaint. over charging your HRA health acct. is the same as taking money from your pocket.
