I have been a client of First CORP Services since 1999 and up until the last couple of year's have been more that satisfied with their service. They took care of my bill's and even helped me pay them when I didn't have the money in my account to pay them. However, since Lynn stopped being an onsite manager the service has gone down hill. My check's are late and now this week I have called every day wondering where my check is with NO return phone call. It is August 15, 2014 and my check that I am supposed to get at the first of the month hasn't come and my phone call's not returned. I am very unhappy!

My daughter has been serviced for just over a month by this co. and our experience so far has been terrible. My daughter has not gotten her money as promised and is very upset. She is in an adult day program and now owes them money. They don't even deserve 1 star don't do it I'm very very upset.

If you are thinking of using first corps DONT! Find a family member and run from this company. The fact is i have been calling for over a month cant get a hold of anyone. They are my payee and they dont send the money when i want it. Then the double paid a LATE bill so I am out 150$ for this month. Not only that they are closed 12 days out of the month so you cant call of those days either. ALSO its not just my payee that doesnt answer its all of them. I have called 5-6 times daily for over a month and trying to get a hold of any of the workers there and they dont answer they dont call you back.

First Corps Service has served our learning disabled son for over four years. The service has been prompt and dependable. Records of credits and debits have been provided to us as requested. We endorse First Corps for anyone who needs assurance that bills will be paid as due.
