The Ohio Emergency Management Agency offers a range of disaster response, recovery and mitigation services. It works in collaboration with several local, state and federal agencies. The agency provides various education and training solutions. The Ohio Emergency Management Agency also offers disaster planning and preparedness services. The agency operates an emergency operations center and joint dispatch facility that are spread across an area of more than 90,000 square feet. It maintains an operations division that consists of plans, radiological, and readiness and response branches. The Ohio Emergency Management Agency also operates a mitigation, recovery, preparedness grants and fiscal division. The agency is a part of the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
