I have been here two times. I only returned because this is the place my insurance company sends me. The hallway entrance to the office is dark, dirty, and creepy. The front desk people are rude. They wouldn't make eye contact. I told one of them I had an appointment, and she replying, "mmhmm", without looking up. The place is cooled by a window unit air conditioner. It's hot in there. One time I was there, they had the windows open (which face busy High Street). I was literally sitting in the dental chair while people were walking past smoking cigarettes and cursing. They play top 40 music and urban music in the actual office while you are being worked on. Both times I have gone there, I waited an hour from the time I arrived until the time the Doctor began looking at my teeth. The place is spotty looking, with unfinished trim around windows, extension chords running everywhere, and stark white walls. There is a sign in the window that reads, "No Whining". Is that for patients?! AVOID
The doctor and staff were great!! They took their time in my care and throughly explained my treatment to me. I had a wonderful experience and definitely will refer patients to Dover Dental Group.
THE STAFF AT DOVER WENT OVER THE TOP TO ENSURE I HAD A GREAT DENTAL EXPERIENCE-I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The sign out front says they treat whole family including children! I was excited because this office is right around the corner from my house! i made an appointment for my 3 year old daughter. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Then it was our turn to go back; the staff, it seemed, did everything they could to completely terrify my daughter. They held her down, threatened her that if she didn't stop crying they would make me (her mother) leave. They were rude to me also, they didn't explain anything just told me i should take her (my daughter) somewhere where they can "put her out". i don't think i have ever been more angry. it has taken time to get over the traumatic experience, but, now that we have found a super dentist my child finally like to go!! thank goodness...
