We purchased our automobile with great expectations and wanted to trust the salesman. The night after we signed, the salesman noticed the mistake, he said he would have it corrected, with no problems. But once he realized he couldn't correct it, he ignored our phone calls for days. Once several messages were left for a manager, I didn't get a call back so this report was made with the BBB. Mgmt. acted as if they would fix the situation the following day but once they realized I made a report, we were shoved under the rug with $300. I was told to take it or leave it. This consumer, should not go unnoticed.
