Property manager is rude and lies. Refused to let me do final walk thru w/ her and is saying that my apartment was awful. Honestly, it was better when we moved out than when we moved in. She's trying to charge me for burner pans that are BRAND NEW AND NEVER USED! She refuses to tell me who the property owner is or how to contact them. Trying to charge me to exterminate when the roaches have been there long before I moved in! This was my first experience with roaches and I never want them again. Someone tried to break into my apartment and bent my screen. Property manager is now trying to charge ME for it! This place is unreal. If you like roaches and being treated like a 3rd class citizen, then Crown Pointe is the place for you! Keep in mind that if you want your deposit back, don't move here! Also, someone, that had to have a key, entered the unit on more than one occassion. Stole my cordless phone too. Told the manager, she refused to change my locks. Not a safe or clean place.
