My father entered this facility on 8/8/08. He was asked to leave his prior facility because he had "behavior problems". Upon my father's arrival at CACC he could walk unassisted, talk non-stop and feed himself and help dress and undress himself. This facility chemically restrained my father, as the records will bear out. He was put on scheduled Haldol in high doses. After visiting my father sometime early November (unexpected to the staff) I found my father in the dining room scooping his food out with his tongue, with food crusted on his face, silverware laying on the floor, and no bib on him, while a man whose name is Max was seated next to him with food hanging out of his mouth dripping onto his clothes, also no bib. I placed a bib on both, wiped off Max's mouth, and fed my father. After this horrifying experience, I complained, found my father a new home. Every time I visited my father at CACC he was in filthy stinking clothes and unshaven and unclean (dirty fingernails).
