Horrible experience Wed (8/12/2015) evening. Called to order a pizza for delivery. I put my order in and asked how long it would be. The woman on the phone seemed irritated at me for asking and inconveniencing her, but told me an hour. I asked her if that was a general time they give out or if it would truly be at least an hour, she was very rude and told me it takes at least a half hour for pick-up so for delivery, "ya, at least an hour". I explained, we needed a quick dinner tonight and really couldn't wait that long. I apologized and said it wasn't going to work tonight. She asked me if I was serious and I explained again, yes. - She hung up on me! I was in disbelief and thought, maybe we were disconnected, so I called back. I asked her if she was the manager, since the whole experience hadn't really been a very good one up until now. She said, "ya, I am." I told her I didn't appreciate being hung up on - and she hung up on me again! Looking at other reviews and seeing how they treat their customer's first hand. I will never eat pizza from Cardo's again. :-(

Best pizza I have ever eaten however trying to place a order over the phone is so difficult. their is so much noise in the back ground makes it very hard to place a order have to repeat over and over again. please tell the other workers to have some consideration to the customer on the phone its very annoying thank you. lois
