I am an Administrative Assistant for a major Global company in NY and used Cardinal Transportation for the first time for transportation between the Columbus Airport and Dublin, OH on 4/15/11 for a company Senior Vice President and Vice President. I have used car services for our executives very frequently but Michelle at Cardinal was exceptional and apparently so was the service. Our VP came back raving about how wonderful the service was....that all their drivers should be so professional! I have already passed their contact information to our team who travel more frequently to Columbus. Thanks again, Michelle and the drivers at Cardinal Transportation!

I really appreciated Cardinal working with my hectic flight schedule. I had a number of time and city changes that happened last minute and everyone I dealt with at Cardinal was helpful, courteous, friendly and accommodating. Given the terrible customer experience I was having dealing with my airline, I appreciated my Cardinal customer experience all the more.Their efforts were very much appreciated, and I will most certainly use their services again in the future.

Cardinal really is a top notch transportation service. I've used them several times from everything like my wedding to some airport pickups. Always clean cars and friendly drivers and the management is also very helpful and willing to help out. As for the man speaking about the rolls, I know the situation was handled for you, so don't let that scare anybody. Just a prime example of how willing Cardinal Trans. is to help out a keep their A+ rating from the BBB. From, 5 Jones

Don't Rent From Cardinal. They almost ruined our wedding. We rented a car for our wedding from Cardinal. BIG MISTAKE. We made our reservation 9 months in advance then one day before our wedding they called to inform us that the car we reserved was not available leaving us in a very very bad spot. Even worse is the fact that they knew about this scheduling problem weeks before lied to us when we called to confirm our reservation and told us everything was fine. Cardinal is a dishonest company and it was a big mistake to rent from them.
