I want to choose no stars, but I can't get the one to disappear. Pretty sure I have never been treated as badly at any restaraunt, ever, and I am sure it was the worst Whopper I have ever had. And I like Whoppers. We're traveling and staying next door. It was late so we had to drive over for the drive thru. Back to the room to eat and we were missing a Whopper. Frustrating but not uncommon. Back to the car. Back to the BK. Where we were treated like liars and crooks. First we were told by one employee (or manager? Not sure....) that she had most assuredly put 3 burgers in the bag as she had bagged it herself. I assured her that we were not going to all this trouble for a free burger. She did not reply. Shut the window. We waited. After about 10 minutes or so another (male) employee came to the window, thrust a bag at us and said 'here's your burger'. I said thank you. He did not reply, shut the window and turned his back. The burger, when we got back to the room, looked as though it had been torn to pieces and put back together on the bun. I was polite through out, even though we waited at least 15 minutes for our original (shorted) order. Disgusted and offended....

Food is always cold,or seems fresh from a microwave. The original chicken sandwich(my choice of all fast food) tends to be like rubber at this Burger King. I know Burger King has the ability to make great food, But for some reason the ability has alluded this store.I am no expert,but i believe they may need to change the method of prepping the food.I can tell i'm not the only one that feels this way by looking at the empty parking lot.
