All I can say is, I'm impressed! I understand why they received Best in Columbus award. The staff was friendly from the first phone call. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, they let the experience speak for itself. The atmosphere was very inviting and relaxing and I will be a long time customer!!! Way To Go.....Love it.

The moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed by the staff at this spa. They took there time and answered all of my questions. It is unfourtunate that the other two reviews from last year were so poor because the experience and knowledge of the staff was great. I also was happy that there were nurses there because of a condition I have they understood it fully and was able to stop me from doing a treatment that could have harmed me and guided me to one that was safe for someone with my condition. So People I would be greatful to go back and I reccommend this place to ayone who want great service,honest explanations on treatments and these people seemed to really care about me I just had a over all warm feeling during my time spend at The Body wrap spa! Thumbs up ladies you guys are awsome, cant waitome back to come back!!!

Well just by reading the owner's response to a previous review shows that the owner is very bitter and that alone rubs people the wrong way. People are entitled to their own opinion and the way that the owner handled the situation was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. And one thing that baffles me: what does being a nurse have to do with getting a wrap? Is it a clinic or a body wrap spa? If a nurse is needed there then that alone is a problem. In fact is this establishment registered with the better business bureau? Maybe if the owner knew how to treat people then no one would be bashing the business. Its bad attitudes like that that makes the business itself look bad and fall under.

Friendly staff but not the best body wrap experience. I felt like this was somewhat of a let down because I've been getting body wraps for years and I wasn't pleased with their wrap at all. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend them, but that's just my opinion. They're not the best, but I'll give them a star for effort and another star for friendly staff.

I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their money on getting a wrap from them! I was hugely disappointed and sorry that I even bought a package deal. Although I have wraps left in my package deal, they can keep the remaining wraps to themselves for I will never return there again. The reason why I went there to get a wrap was because it was advertised on Craigslist and now I see why they advertised their business on there because of their poor, inexperience service.
