Last night a belt broke on my car in Bexley, I had left my first job, and was headed to my 2nd job on Wed. nights. I'm from the other side of town and was not familiar with the shops around. I called an found a "Diamond in the Rough" car repair shop. I spoke with Renee about 5:30pm explained what happened, I told her I had AAA, she said to have the car towed to their shop and they would do their best to get me back on the road that night. I got to the shop around 6:00 she and Dean (the owner) were ready to assist. I not only needed a serpentine belt but a pulley for a 2002 buick. Renee explained the situation, pricing and had a service deliver the parts and I was back on the road to my client's home within 45minutes. I appreciated their courtesy, expertise and how reasonable the cost of parts and repairs. I was very blessed to have found this shop, and would HIGHLY recommend them. They went out of their way Renee & Dean were my "God Winks" for the evening.God Bless You both!

My 19 year old daughter broke down while traveling. What a blessing it was that she found Avenue Auto Repair. He communicated well with both of us as to what the issue was and how much it would be to fix and came in under the proposed amount and right on the time. Her car has never run so good since Dean fixed it! Many thanks to Dean and his staff.

Dean, the owner is thee most honest and hardworking auto repairman I have ever come across. His customers always come first and from what I hear, he works 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, and most Sundays as well. He does so for the people he serves to get their repairs done as quickly as possible. He seems like a good ole' boy who earns every dollar he makes. He keeps his prices low because he isn't greedy, but rather more concerned with getting people back in their fixed car as soon as he can. You won't find a more trustworthy guy to take care of your car needs! I've had my car there a few times and as long as he's there, I'll keep going back! And as a woman, I will add, he's pretty easy on the eyes to boot!

A first class operation. Robert is an honest pro. I have never had a bad experience and have used his services at least 10 times. No one better.

The shop owner's name is dean, and I haven't felt this comfortable leaving my vehicles with someone in long time! His price has been better than other quotes the two or three times he has done work for me, and he does very good work. I believe that he will continue to do good work, I just hope his prices stays affordable. Good job Dean, I would recommend you to anyone and everyone!
