Our company is family owned and operated, and we have over 25 years of experience working on both residential and commercial properties. We offer our prospective customers free estimates for any contracted work. The management team trains all of our estimators, and we promise that you will appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of our roofers. Arrow's team of estimators is hand-picked and trained by our managing staff, and each goes through an extensive background check, which includes drug testing. Exceptional patience and communication from staff who had to endure 9 months of intermittent phone calls, while I convinced my aunt who had Alheimzer’s that she needed to replace her leaking roof. (Even when they tried to drop off the dumpster, she told them to go away). Clean up was exceptional. They completed it in January before a big snow storm! Hats off to all the staff I talked to!❤️
Had several outdoor projects done by Arrow. First saw them working on a home in the neighborhood. Even though Josh was busy he took time to answer some questions we had. They were prompt, professional, clean and easy to do business with. The work done looks great, and for us a great value as well. We are happy to have a company to help us with our home upkeep. Will do business with them again. D & J Grove City.
Hired Arrow for roof siding and gutters. They told me it would take 3-4 days to complete. They are in week 5, yes 5 weeks and they are still only 75% done. They have run out of siding twice, they leave Styrofoam,trash and nails everywhere for weeks, they left facial off the house twice. The first time a squirrel got in and chewed its way out after they finally showed up to cover the hole,workmanship is poor - window wraps are very crooked and have very large gaps and they are covering rotten wood that was supposed to be replaced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ARROW!!!
I was so impressed by their honesty. They repair our church roof as I expected. I will choose them again for the future project.
I was given a quote by their sales rep. He did a site visit and had the plans. He had the material list from the manufacturer. In other words, he had all the information he could possibly have. Nothing changed on my end. Once I signed the contract they said it would cost more than double what we contracted for.
Very shady. Avoid these crooks.
Arrow Roofing did a great job of replacing my old leaky roof with an attractive new one. I got three estimates and when comparing them, Arrow offered the most for the money. They used architectural shingles and installed ice guard in valleys and along all eaves which the other companies were not offering. Price-wise, they were all in the ballpark of approx $10,000. They installed the roof in only one day and did a great job of cleaning up and not harming the landscape plantings. Their salesman, Brian, was very professional and explained everything in detail and delivered what he promised. I would highly recommend Arrow Roofing to my family, friends and neighbors.
Arrow tore off and replaced my entire roof in one day. They did a great job and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.
