The apartments seem nice and quiet ...at first!!! the Sherriffs are called out at least 2 times a week and then there are the times that there are 4-5 Sheriffs vehicles looking for someone. Was told would have to pay gas and electric and then when we came to sign the lease, with our moving truck parked outside, we were told that we also had to pay water. Nothing is repaired and EPA has been out due to something being wrong with the water. If you enjoy throwing money out the window (literally, the windows are old and most do not lock), nosey management, people who are rude and loud, this is the place for you, otherwise I would say RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!! Pay a little more and be happy, secure and have piece of mind.
