We have been coming to this store for quite some time now, and have not had any problems until now. We came in on the 24th and brought some movies to get store credit. So we looked around and found which movies we wanted. Upon choosing our movies, we went to get them rung up. Everything was going along fine, until the man working rushed us out the door. He didn't clean the discs at all, one movie was missing. This is the first time something like this has ever happened to us! The only other incident we've ever had was when we got home we were missing a movie. When we brought it back, the working that day was very polite and took care us without the least little problem. This time, none of the movies were cleaned, one of the movies is missing: Bruce Willis - Surrogates, another movie: Morgan Freeman - along came a spider- has dried food on it. Tomorrow's Monday and We're going to call and get this get this taken care of. Any other time I'd them a 5 star rating. however this experience has me giving them a 3 star rating. Sorry Guys!!
